The counter-terrorism military operation base will be relocated to Niger. The exercise could take four to six months.
Mali ordered the French troops and their allies to leave the West African nation which is bracing itself for a new beginning under the leadership of Col Assimi Goita while Niger feels insecure from terrorist groups hence the call to French and it’s allies to help guard the country from possible terrorist attacks.
