Newly formed Zimbabwe opposition party Citizens Coalition for Change launches campaign for by-elections scheduled for the 26th of March.
The leader Nelson Chamisa who narrowly lost to the sitting President Emmerson Mnangagwa in 2018 broke away from the faction riddled main opposition party that was led by the late Morgan Tsvangirai.
Chamisa says he is confident his party will win in the coming Presidential elections scheduled for 2023. Zimbabweans are hoping the new party could mount a strong challenge to the ruling party ZANU PF which has been in power for 42 years.
