Another tropical storm is projected to slam into northeastern coast of Madagascar on Tuesday evening, the UN’s regional meteorology center in Reunion has warned. This comes even as Southern African nations continue to assess the devastation caused earlier this month by Cyclone Batsirai, which left 94 people dead and many buildings destroyed. The new storm, tagged Dumako, is the fourth storm this year and is forecast to make landfall near Antalaha town.
