Mali military government has declared that France/Denmark must withdraw its troops from Mali within 3 days!
They’re on the verge of suspending diplomatic ties with France and renouncing French as Mali’s official language! ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ด
Mali’s government said it asked France/Denmark to immediately withdraw troops deployed to the West African nation as part of a French-led counter-terrorism task force because it was not consulted and the deployment failed to follow protocol.
The Government of Mali led by Col Assimi Goita seems to have taken a hard-line stance on its former colonial masters and opting to forge ties with Russia. France has long been accused of meddling in the affairs of it’s colony and this bringing instability and perpetual poverty to the people of the Mineral rich West Africa nation.
The latest move seems to be a hammer blow in the diplomatic relations between the two Nations and many in France would look at President Emmanuel Macron as weak leader who is slowly but sure losing the grip on its former colonies.

Well, the course of our history depends on the decision we make today. In the best interest of the continent, I for would favour Kiswahili as the next official continental language because it encompasses almost all bantu languages
